Focus on the following departments:
Home Loan Team
PBG
Corporate Sales Team
Imperia (yet to explore)
Credit Cards ( yet to explore)
Big Branches (partial work on)
Sub - broker Arrangements – Execution and monitoring.
Legal co ordinations for the tie ups.
Meeting them & ensuring seamless lead flow from the referral company with timely feedbacks on the leads and payouts based on the arrangement
Ensuring all the projects and promotions are marketed to the tie ups we have.
Builder Database:
Ensuring Builder Database is updated
Compilation of BSR and its analysis
Analysis of Commission structure across India
Products / MIS / Budgets and forecasts
Devise and execute products like Fee Subvention
Lead analysis
Monitoring of lawyer tie-ups for Resale Transactions
MIS
Performance analysis
Cost and profitability analysis
BNR and Collection monitoring
Budgets and forecasts
Coordinating with Overseas branches
Complaints and feedbacks
Advertising:
1. Lead generation through various Online campaigns
SEO
Social Networking
Email
SMS
Newspaper
Other BTL activities
2. Media Planning, Budgeting and Buying
3. Website Management
Content
Navigation flow
Maintenance
4. Agency coordination for Website marketing or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on
Google
Yahoo
Google Analytics - Analyze website performance in terms of

5. Social Media – presence on
